Request a bookplate signed by the author
Some of you have
gone to the trouble to mail me your personal copies for signatures,
but that’s cumbersome and expensive.
At the request of a couple of bright readers, I’ve created
and signed bookplates to remedy this problem. I have made
four different bookplates, one for each of my first four published books. They
are all available for the price of a stamp.

If you would like to request signed bookplates for
your books, here is what you need to do:
Find two business-sized envelopes.
Put your own name and address on the first envelope because
it will be coming back to you with the bookplates inside.
Where a return address goes in the upper corner, put the initials
of the books for which you want a bookplate.

ICS—In the Coils of the Snake
TB—By These Ten Bones
HK3—bookplates for all three Hollow
Kingdom Trilogy titles

Put a stamp on both envelopes.
Fold the envelope addressed to you and put it into the envelope
addressed to me. Then drop it into the mail. You don’t
need to take time to write a letter. I won’t think you’re
being rude. As soon as I see the folded envelope with your
address on it and the initials of the bookplates you want,
I’ll know exactly what to do.
If you are requesting bookplates for classrom or library use,
please use two manilla envelopes and note after the initials
the number of each kind of bookplate you would like. Please
do me the kindness of increasing the postage appropriately.
Please do not email bookplate requests! I cannot email
a bookplate back to you.
